Since I work at a bakery I'm pretty sure this years party will also include a cake! I'll keep you posted on how our season five premiere party goes!
These are the cooks! Elder G, and Elder K. A couple weeks ago I jokingly told the missionaries they should cook Josh and I authentic Japanese food (since they are from Japan), so tonight they surprised us and fixed us dinner.
We had this amazing chicken. Isn't it cute how they garnished the plate! We also had vegetable and shrimp tempura, and tofu! Yum!
The table was full of food! It was all so good! I am really nervous for the next time they come over for dinner because I'm pretty sure I can't cook as good as this!
I read this book recently and it was really good! It is about this little Indian boy who had to go and live with his grandparents. The story is so sweet and it talks about hardships that the Cherokee Indians had to go through during the depression. I recommend this book to anybody, it was great. The ending is kind of sad though so watch out. Also this book was on Oprah's book list, so I'm told that's how you know a book is good?
So Josh and I recently got new cell phones and I got this little number. At first it was great, it looked good, it had all the functions I wanted, etc. Well as of today at 5pm the screen no longer works. All the screen shows is black! I did nothing to deserve this. I am sure one of you reading this knows exactly what is wrong with my phone and how to fix it, so please let me know. I can't call anyone because I can't see anything but I can recieve calls. Everything appears to still work I just can't see it. This is kind of like being blind. How am I suppose to play tetris? How am I suppose to text during work when I should be working? How am I going to dodge calls that I don't want to answer? Someone help, I am having a panic attack! Oh yeah, and our warranty just expired, joy.
The glorified rootbeer float! This is so good everyone needs to go try this right now! Ginger ale with scoops of any kind of sorbet (I used raspberry). It is scrumptious!!!
Prison cell at Alcatraz. That would not be fun to go to the bathroom without any privacy!
Some of the cells were completely dark for the really bad prisoners, I can see how they could go crazy!
