4th annual Neil Diamond Chrismas Party!

At this Christmas party we were asked to wear crazy sweaters. So Josh wore my grandpa's NRA sweater of course it was made with patriotic colors, turns out he won best sweater! So we were so excited, we won 4 day passes to a gym that expire in 2days. It was great! I won the Neil Diamond trivia game (i am a really good guesser) my mom was really proud!

Ice skating in San Fran.

This is the huge Christmas tree and skating rink at union square. We took this picture from the top of the macy's building, (actually we took it at the furniture department close to the top of the macy's building because Josh loves looking at home furniture that we will never get:)
This is the skating rink we were at, it was so fun!
Josh and I got in for free because a really nice lady didn't need two of her tickets so this night really rocked!
My Josh is so good at skating, he just puts his head down and goes for it;) luckily even though it was crowded we didn't have any wrecks.
Oh yeah and the buildings are so gorgeous right now with all their lights!

Mary and Joseph for the night

Our ward christmas party was so fun! Josh and I were asked to be Mary and Joseph and to participate in a little skit. So it went a little something like this; I had a baby bump and I had to give birth in .5 seconds in front of a live studio audience and then when I had baby Jesus my husband (Joseph) handed me the baby like he was handing me a football. So looks like we need to work on that before we actually have a baby. (luckily the baby was plastic)
Can you see the bump? Doesn't Josh make a good Joseph!

Elder Wirthlin

I am so going to miss hearing sweet Elder Wirthlin give amazing talks at general conference! He always gave the talks that made you smile. I always seem to need his talks. Elder Wirthlin's talks always encouraged us to be happy, try to laugh more, be kind, and help others in need. I have almost lived in California for a year and coming from a place where almost everyone is the same, especially in beliefs, it was hard to come here. But Elder Wirthlin's talk last april conference about true love really helped me adapt to this new environment. By trying to find the good in others and not judging, and having charity really stuck out to me. His talk this last conference in October was amazing and Josh and I are trying to use his moto; Come What May and Love It! He was such a sweet man, I will miss him but I am sure he is happier where he is now.
