Trip to K-town

We went to Kennewick, where J and I are both from. My bro was graduating from college and we hung out with family and by the pool. Then we made a trip to Seattle to see our best buddy Dane get married. This post is just my bro. graduating but don't worry more pictures are on the way!

I'm Still Alive!!

I can't believe I'm back home already! Being a nanny for three kids was a little crazy at times but the time did seem to go by faster than I imagined it would. We played at parks, did art projects, graduated from kindergarten, laughed and cried. I missed J like crazy!

Owen graduated Kindergarten and they put on a great show. Now I have videos to blackmail him with when he's a teenager:)
This is one of my favorite pictures because it captures what happened at least five times a day. Owen going one step too far and Luke right on the edge of a freak out. You can actually see the blood boiling in Luke's face. After I captured this on my camera Owen put the blanket over Luke's head making Luke lose his balance and fall to the ground hitting his head on the ground. Boys will be boys, right?
Even if I think I did a more than terrible job I have this picture to look at and I have proof that at least Lily was happy at one point while I was there.

I have my carpet bag all packed and I'm heading to Texas to be Mary Poppins for a week! I'm going to see the three cutest little ones I know. Wish me luck though, Mary Poppins had two and I'll have three, and I when I snap my little fingers things don't put them selves away so...this will be interesting. My singing voice is as good as Mary's and I will be in a house about ten times the size of mine so there will definitely be singing going on:) So, for now farewell I'm sure I will have loads to talk about when I get home. Did Mary Poppins drink pop because I'm pretty sure I'm going to need one or two in order to stay on top of my game.
P.s I know what your thinking "what about my hubby J?" Well, I'll miss him like crazy and I hope I cooked enough for him to reheat while I'm gone or we might have problems!

Slumber party!

It got really warm here yesterday, but it was very hot inside our apartment! We could not get comfortable, around 10pm it started cooling off in the living room. So,we decided to bring the mattress out to the living room for a good old fashion slumber party:) Josh still didn't sleep very well but I slept great! One out of two ain't bad. This picture is of me last night when it was around 83 degrees in our living room, yuke!

This is how we woke up and the apartment had cooled down to 73 degrees! Today is supposed to be even hotter, I have a feeling the living room will be our bedroom for the next couple nights:( P.s. don't you love how our queen size mattress almost doesn't fit in the living room. How do people live where it's really hot? I hope I never find out!

Countdown!

Countdown #1 School, 14 days to be exact. Finals, schminals let's just end this semester already!
Countdown #2 Josh's CPA test, 9 more days
Josh has been working hard! Getting up at 5am to study, go to work at 7:30am, then go directly to the library until 9pm after work! Crazy, I can't wait to have my husband back!
Countdown#3 14 more days until I get on a plane to Texas so I can babysit my cute nephews and niece:)

Surprise!!!

We got her! My mom was totally shocked when she saw me, she was so in shock that she called me a brat :)



We went home for a weekend to see J's brother get home from a mission. He was in the Phillipines, which apparently is really sunny cause he had a great tan! It was a really fun trip and we even got to surprise a few people.


We surprised Josh's brother in Seattle. He didn't know we would be there and we got on the same flight as him home! It was so fun to see the shocked look on his face!
